Booking your appointment at Amara Medical Geelong is simple and convenient. You can book online below, call us directly, or visit us in person at our Belmont clinic. We welcome new and existing patients of all ages.

How to Book

Whether you're a new patient or returning to see us, our booking process is straightforward. Please read the steps below before completing your booking.

  1. Select your preferred doctor, appointment type, and date using the booking form below.
  2. New patients: please arrive 10 minutes early to complete your registration paperwork, or contact us in advance to register over the phone.
  3. Bring your Medicare card, any referral letters, and a list of current medications to your appointment.
  4. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us at least 2 hours before your appointment time so we can offer your slot to another patient.

For urgent medical concerns, please call us directly on (03) 5240 8212. In a medical emergency, dial 000.
